1. Business identity

Guttweiler Graphics provides commercial graphics services in Southwest Florida. Robert Perez is the owner, and privacy questions may be sent to the contact listed below.

2. Information a quote request may collect

The live quote form may collect information needed to understand and respond to a project inquiry.

• Full name and optional business name
• Phone, email, preferred contact method and preferred language
• Service category and project city or location
• Project description, quantity, dimensions and vehicle information
• Artwork status, installation preference and desired timing
• Consent acknowledgement and minimal technical anti-abuse information

3. Information the current form does not collect

The website quote form is not designed to collect sensitive credentials or financial information.

• Payment-card, bank-account or government-identification information
• Passwords, customer-account credentials or health information
• File uploads or precise live geolocation

4. How information is used

Information may be used to understand the project, respond to the inquiry, communicate about a potential project, protect the form from abuse and maintain necessary business records if an inquiry becomes a customer project.

A quote request does not create an automatic marketing subscription or newsletter enrollment. Submitted information is not authorized for sale, advertising profiles, public display or analytics containing form content.

5. Quote delivery and providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Authorized quote requests are delivered through a restricted, server-only Resend sending credential to the dedicated Guttweiler Graphics business email workflow.

The browser does not receive the sending credential. The website does not send an automatic customer confirmation email, and provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.

6. Retention and deletion

The selected operational target for an inquiry that does not become a customer project is 90 days. An inquiry that becomes a project will move to a separate business-record policy.

Information may be deleted earlier after a verified request when operationally and legally appropriate. This target is an owner-selected practice, not a claim about a statutory retention requirement.

7. Security and logging

Reasonable safeguards include server-side validation, anti-abuse controls and restricted server-only delivery credentials. No method is guaranteed to provide absolute security.

Runtime monitoring is configured to avoid submitted personal information. Provider security and operational logs may have separate retention under provider terms.

8. Cookies and analytics

Optional Google Analytics is not active in this version. No analytics requests are sent to Google.

Privacy preferences in the footer lets you accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics. We store this choice locally in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies, if accepted, are configured for up to 180 days. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Strictly necessary platform/security operations remain independent of this choice.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to Google Maps, Google Reviews, WhatsApp and email services. These are user-activated external services with their own terms and privacy practices. Guttweiler Graphics does not publish Google review text through the quote form.

10. Children’s information

The quote experience is intended for people seeking business graphics services and is not designed to solicit children’s information. Do not submit information about a child through the quote form.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. A revised version will identify its effective date and should be reviewed against the production configuration.
